Powerscore provides an event intelligence and stakeholder measurement platform designed for exhibition and event organisers. The Services include data collection tools, analytical reporting, portfolio benchmarking, and related features intended to help event organisations understand stakeholder perception and make informed decisions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
Certain features of the Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. Powerscore FZE-LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant Powerscore FZE-LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POWERSCORE FZE-LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@powerscore.net. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, such as by email or by a prominent notice within the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
